InvoTrack is an invoicing and expense tracking app (the "App") operated by , ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information the App and the website invotrack.in collect, why, and what control you have over it.

2. Information we collect

We do not collect card or bank login details. Plan payments are made directly to us by UPI or bank transfer, and we keep a record of each payment as Indian tax law requires.
3. Your clients' information
When you add a client to an invoice, you decide what to enter and you are responsible for having a valid reason to use it. That information stays on your device and is shared only when you choose to share an invoice PDF.
4. How we use information
- To create and secure your account and verify your email address.
- To fill your business details onto invoices you create.
- To store and show your expenses across sessions.
- To check whether your subscription is active.
- To respond to your requests and provide support.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising.
5. Service providers
We use Google Firebase (Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore), provided by Google LLC, to run accounts and store the cloud data listed above. Google processes this data on our behalf under its own terms and security controls, and its servers may be located outside India. We do not share your information with anyone else except where required by law, for example in response to a valid order from a court or government authority.
6. App permissions
The App asks for access to device storage so it can save invoice PDFs, and uses your phone's share menu when you choose to share a PDF.
7. Security
Data sent between the App and Firebase is encrypted in transit. Cloud data is protected by access rules that let only your signed-in account read and write your own records. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong password and keep your phone locked.
8. How long we keep information
We keep your cloud data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account we delete it within 30 days, except payment records we must keep under Indian tax law. Invoices stored on your device stay there until you delete them, clear the App's data or uninstall the App. PDFs saved to your Downloads folder remain until you delete them.
9. Your rights
You can view and correct your business profile in the App at any time. You can also ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, or delete your account and its data. See how to delete your account. We will respond within 30 days.

11. Children
InvoTrack is a business tool meant for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
12. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page and, for significant changes, let you know in the App or by email.
